Yatsuhiro Kazanari (風鳴 八紘 Kazanari Yatsuhiro?) is the father of Tsubasa Kazanari and Genjuro's brother. He does things that are borderline legal and illegal. He is a National Security Specialist.

Genjuro Kazanari - The two of them are brothers, with Yatsuhiro being the older of the two.
Tsubasa Kazanari - He is Tsubasa's father. However, it seems he views her as little more than a tool. It was later revealed that he was not Tsubasa's biological father, as his father, Fudō Kazanari, had been the one to impregnate Yatsuhiro's wife in order to keep the bloodline pure. However, in spite of Yatsuhiro's cold attitude towards Tsubasa, he actually cared about her, and only pushed her away when she was younger in the hopes that this would make her follow her dreams.
