But in the end, your struggles only lead to a permanent and undeniable fate.

Far above and far away, you look upwards to the refuge where you should have been standing.
The deed committed is no evil, but simply the despair brought upon you by some illogical force.

Summary

Maria attempts to take on Shem-Ha, only to discover she has revived Noble Red as more complete monsters and recruited them to her side, forcing Maria to retreat while Shem-Ha rises a tower known as Yggdrasil. Fudou was apprehended and awaiting trial for his crimes, cursing Genjurou that songs cannot save the world and the Power of God unifies humanity. With a research team scheduled to be sent to the moon to investigate lunar ruins that are reacting to Yggdrasil, the wielders are tasked with protecting the rocket from Noble Red, who have become more powerful due to Shem-Ha's improvements. Although the rocket is destroyed, Kirika and Shirabe use their Amalgam forms to overpower Elza before Tsubasa allows the wielders to hijack Noble Red's teleportation spell, sending them to the lunar ruins.

Plot

In the HQ, Genjuro tells Tsubasa that all restrictions of her actions have been terminated. Tsubasa asks them about her punishment of unauthorized use of Amalgam. Shinji tells her that they recieved permission just before she began using it. The other Symphogear users enter and Hibiki calls out yo her. Tsubasa tells her that she heard everything about her father, but also tells her that her head is still a mess. She is also happy because Tsubasa is back on her team. Chris tells Tsubasa that they have held hands with Hibiki and she isn't the only one who can't. They all welcome her back to the group.

Back in the Kazanari HQ, Shem-Ha is seen gathering all the fragments of the bonds that have held her tightly. Noble Red notices that Shem-Ha was the one who killed them, but were revived afterward. Millarc becomes furious of this, but then notices that she's now a real monster. Shem-Ha explains that she's used a drop of power to turn them into complete monsters. As soon as the Noble Red hear this, they begin crying. Shem-Ha then tells them that she will erase all loneliness of this world. She proceeds to tell them her task.

Back at S.O.N.G HQ, Elefnein notices that she found systems coming from the Lunar ruins in response to Ygdrassil. Kirika asks them if their are going to investigate the lunar ruins. Shinji says that the a specally created US team will be going instead. Genjuro tells them that their mission was to protect a rocket that was going to send them to the moon. He tells them to stay sharp.

Outside, they Symphogear users check if the outside is okay. They all reply that everything is okay. Alca noise suddenly appears and Shirable proceeds to transform into her Symphogear and sing Mijuku Shojo Buttagirl. She then fights the noise, but is suddenly injured by Elsa who appears right inf front of them. The Symphogear users see that the Noble Red are stronger than ever before. Hibiki tells Vanessa that she wanted to be friends. Vanessa replies that humans and monsters can't be friends. Chris tries to shoot her, only for her bullets to be stopped causing an explosion.

Trivia

This episode reveals that since Maria, Kirika, and Shirabe have been freed from the Curse of Balal, they no longer need LiNKER to transform into their Symphogears, allowing them to be fully attuned candidates and remain transformed indefinitely.
