It was released within the sixth AXZ Blu-ray/DVD volume on February 28, 2018. A TV-sized a cappella German version, labelled "Ewigkeit (死灯 -エイヴィヒカイト-)", was released earlier bundled with the third AXZ Blu-ray/DVD volume on November 29, 2017.
