Plot

In mansion Chris is electrically tortured by Finé who tell her thats is her own fault that this happen and berates her for failing simple errand and that she proved to her that she is useless and clumsy. After torturing Chris more Finé tell her that they are done with her treatment and tell her that all fragments of Nehshutan Armor are removed. Finé thinks if she didn't let Chris go without treatment would she begin fusing with relic like Hibiki did. Chris then ask Finé if everything would be okay if she listen to her and if she defeats all people who hold power will world be freed from conflict. Amused Fine tell Chris she is cute and Chris asked her what funny about what she just say, Fine then tell Chris that she lied to her all this time , Finé then transform, recognizing armor that Fine put Chris is shocked.Finé then tell do not look at her like that because all she wanted is to do experiment to see if she can artificially fused body similar to Hibiki, Fine then attack Chris.In medical room Tsubasa condition is green and her recovery is announced to be completed and that all damage is gone. Hibiki then comes in and say she heard that Tsubasa recovered, upon recalling what happend last time they met Hibiki apologize to Tsubasa, though Tsubasa respond by saying she saw all of Hibiki reports and that she appreciated her hard work. Tsubasa then ask Hibiki to tell her why she fight and tell her to got somewhere else to discuss this. On roof Hibiki tell Tsubasa that she doesn't really know reason she fight and seeing that Noises are out there and attacking that she feel that is something that she can do she also add that saving people is her hobby to which Tsubas react by asking her if that because of what happend two years ago Hibiki then tell Tsubasa that Kanada isnt only one who died that day and that many people lost their lives and that she survived ,Tsubasa then ask that mean she is willing to live life in their stead which Hibiki confirms but she also add that of her own will she want to save people and doesn't want to feel like paying debt every time. Tsubasa then tell her if she didn't have reason to fight she wouldn't be able to accept her but if she want push forward into future and not look back that they can fight together as equals. Altohugh she is glad what Kanade said about inheriting will to be truth she also warns Hibiki that having will to sacrifice herself will easily mutate into suicidal pulse and she wont be able to live easy life if she approach like that. Next that on the street walking Hibiki is still sleepy to what Miku notice and tell her that she recently always tired like that to which Hibiki tell that a lot of things happend knowing it will worried Miku, Hibiku tells her it wasn't anything to worry about it and that she have strong feeling of helping people to which Miku tell her that she takes things too far although thinking to herself Hibiki think those feelings aren't lie , Miku then tell Hibiki even thou she is like that its okat because she want her to stay how truly is forever. Seeing that Hibiki is looking at some monitor Miku tell her what is she doing to which Hibiki tell there is cat that is missing and that she saw that cat before searching in her phone, Hibiki remember that when she took a math test and that happen a three days ago ,telling Miku that owner must be worried Hibiku wanted to rushingly go alone to which Miku reacts by grabbing her by arm and tell her that she will be going with her. Miku then gets call from their teacher whom she tell that she have fever and because Hibiki is her roommate that they will not go to school today although Hibiki tell Miku she shouldn't do that Miku tell her its only way since people will get worried about them and tells her to go and search for missing cat. Finding cat on three Hibiki climbs to rescue her to which Miku reacts by telling her not to rush after cat jumps on Hibiki face and slide to her stomach they fall but are cached by Miku, Miku then tells Hibiki this always happens because she doesn't think ahead to which Hibiki smilingly apologize. After returning home worried Miku ask Hibiki if she is okay to which Hibiki say she is thanks to her. After brief friendly talk two goes to find where they will eat, Hibiki manages to find places and calls Miku to come, behind her in dark street Chris lies on the ground.

• This chapter is similar to Episode 6 and Episode 7, Season 1 of the anime.
• There are some scenes in this chapter that are different from those of the anime.
  • For example: In the anime Chris gets found by Miku on her own, but in the manga she was found by Hibiki and Miku.
• This chapter is also a mix of Episode 5 and Episode 8, Season 1 of the anime.
  • Chris gets electrically tortured by Finé in episode 5, but Finé also betrays her, which happened in episode 8.
